To all my readers, my posts are here to help you with questions you might have about designing your home and also to raise important points about design that you might not think about.
This is a post series about selling your home fast and easily. I have 12 years of experience in helping people selling their homes, empty houses as well as occupied. The way to prepare an occupied hoe is different than an empty one. Homeowners that used my experience sold their houses much faster than other houses in the market.
My services are for homeowners as well as realtors.

(1) Decorating Your Home For Sale - the right price

Selling a house could be a stressful and challenging experience.

My sister and I have created a specific process whereby anyone can sell their house fast and easily.

In the next few posts, I will share with you some of this knowledge.

What is the right price for your home?
– Check the market.

When comparing prices, you need to consider the price at which the house is sold and not the price requested by the homeowners.

Before you post your home for sale, always conduct a market survey of home prices of the same size and style
In the area near you.
You must refer to the price at which the property is sold and not to the asking price.

If you can, the best thing to do is to visit a number of properties for sale in your area to compare “apple to apple”, do not try to compare “apple to pear” if there is no house in the area that is identical to your house then you will probably need to consider other variants in the property in order to be able to get the correct price.

The selling price has to fit the correct market price, the price demanded by the homeowners could be sometimes higher than what reality is dictating.

Even if the price is less than what you planned to get, it still should be the correct one. Trying to sell a house whose price is higher than what the market dictates could result in a waste of time and you might lose buyers that saw the house when you just posted it but will not return later. Reducing the price in the future simply because you couldn’t sell it will be much less desired by buyers.
I recommend being realistic in pricing your home, as proper pricing will save time, energy and thus save money on sales.

Remember time = money!
