First in line – Tidiness and cleaning.
“I have three small children at home, how can I maintain order for a sale?”
We often hear this from parents of young children trying to sell their homes.
We were meeting a seller in her home. Her house was on the market for almost a year with no buyer. She has four children and that was exactly what she said when we told her how the house should look like. After she implemented our plan step by step, she sold it in 2 weeks.
So the question is not “How can I maintain a clean and tidy house with my kids at home?” The question is “What do I need to do to achieve a clean and tidy house with my kids at home?”
We often hear from sellers when we meet them at their home:
“But I still live here how can I maintain a clean and tidy house?”
Your buyers don’t care that you are still leaving in the house, in fact, they want to think that as of now, no one leaves there anymore. It doesn’t make sense but it is like that for buyers. This is very important to remember when selling a home. We keep telling every seller even if it is less pleasing to them, simply because our goal is to help them sell at the highest price + in the shortest time, in this is what we do best.
When you advertise your home for sale on the market, it is highly advisable to detach your emotions from the home you are selling. At the moment the house is advertised it should be treated as if it already belonged to potential buyers.
The seller mentioned above, once she was able to detach herself from her house, once she was able to detach her emotions from her home and realized that selling her house was more important to her, it was sold in 2 weeks!
Our sales-oriented method creates a quick sale even in a home that has been on the market for a year or more.
Sell at the highest price + in the shortest time = Best sale
