We often hear this from parents of young children trying to sell their homes.

We were meeting a seller in her home. Her house was on the market for almost a year with no buyer. She has four children and that was exactly what she said when we told her how the house should look like. After she implemented our plan step by step, she sold it in 2 weeks.
